This is a simple and functional wedding venue in the Tarn countryside about 40 minutes east of Toulouse. Nearly every weekend from April to October is reserved for ceremonies and receptions of up to 120 guests. The set-up includes a 3-bedroom farmhouse where the owners live, a 2-bedroom gite (for the happy couple) and two vast halls where up to 120 guests can dine, dance and party in comfort.
Outside, in the 4 hectare estate, there are marquees for barbecue/apéritif activities, a swimming pool, space for outdoor ceremonies, a campsite with 5 spacious tents for guests who don't want to leave ... and a lot of quietness and calm.
The 4 hectares (10 acres) include a patch of woodland and a big field covering over 2 hectares - suitable for a couple of horses. Views towards the nearby Montagne Noire complete the bucolic scene.
Everything is in perfect condition: the house completely re-done with heat-pump central heating and two bathrooms. The gite is 4-star with two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. There is even another 250m² space ready to be converted into more accommodation should buyers so wish.
