Just do it! Live the lifestyle in accessible rural France - 30 minutes from the St Malo ferry!
Thriving Group Accommodation Centre for French and UK schools, sports tours and family reunions.
Despite all the Brexit madness we don’t think there will be a better time to grab a new lifestyle in France and we can only see the French government continuing to encourage Business owners.
We have beaten our previous highest turnover by 25% in 2017! The lucky new owners will take over all our bookings already received for 2018!
We offer 47 beds in rooms that sleep from 2-8 people with a large games hall, salon/bar, restaurant (in the old forge) and professional kitchen together with a 3 bedroom owners’ apartment with separate access. Centre Le Page provides a comfortable income and lifestyle for its current owners.
Situated in a pretty village in the heart of rural Brittany we are only 40 minutes from St Malo and Rennes and 15 from medieval Dinan. The current owners have built up a diverse friendly business with the emphasis on groups, youth and activities. Strong local links are with cycling, rugby, football, motor biking and classic cars and even donkey training weekends.
Excellent links with local clubs, activities and schools bring in all sorts of groups which include wedding goers and family occasions attracted by the value for money.
So much opportunity, so much to discuss.
