This is a big property in the foothills of the Pyrenees between the Col des Ares and the Col de Portet d'Aspet: Tour de France country. It is currently exploited as a "very large gite" remotely by its owners who live elsewhere. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is sold fully furnished and equipped.

* The big gite is a duplex on the first and second floors with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, tv room and loads of space. It can be combined with:

The property is set in its own wooded grounds in a tiny village just off the Col des Ares climb in the Haute Garonne département.
