L'Agence Clairimmo BORDEAUX BASSIN MEDOC vous propose un gîte et des chambres d'hôtes exceptionnels avec environ 2700 m² de terrain sur la commune de St Vivien-de-Médoc, où tout est comme neuf, les travaux ayant été récemment terminés avec charme et goût du détail. Il se présente en deux parties. Une maison comportant trois chambres, toutes en suites parentales et bien isolées des vues et bruits avec petit hall privatif. Tous les WC sont séparés pour chaque chambre.
Trois chambres au rez-de-chaussée, dont deux qui comportent un patio privatif qui donne sur le jardin et la terrasse munie d'un store banne et de séparateurs de terrasse. Ces deux chambres ont chacune un radiateur électrique.
Toutes les autres chambres ont la climatisation réversible.
La maison est très bien isolée.
Vous aurez un grand salon à votre disposition ainsi qu'une salle à manger et une grande et belle cuisine.
À l'entrée, vous serez accueilli dans le préau de réception où sont préparés les petits déjeuners et, au fond, une cuisine clientèle est à disposition.
La piscine couverte donne sur la réception avec le local technique et les WC à l'extérieur.
À l'étage, vous trouverez deux autres chambres avec suites parentales, dont une comprenant un bureau.
Toutes les chambres sont équipées de placards.
Séparément dans le terrain, un bâtiment tout en bois comporte trois beaux gîtes récemment rénovés dans l'esprit vacances. Tout est fait pour y passer un séjour agréable avec son coin salon et coin cuisine et, à l'étage, une chambre avec suite parentale. Sur un autre bâtiment se trouve le coin détente avec à disposition une salle de billard et, à côté, un spa où vous pourrez vous détendre après une dure journée de vacances.
