Established in 1986, and in current ownership since 2015 this Gite/Holiday Home rental agency deals only with bookings and guest matters. There is currently no hands on gite/property management.
As at the end of the 2023 season there are around 70 annually contracted properties on the portfolio, nearly all within the Dordogne/Lot area, although some are combinations of properties on the same site, and not all earning as individual listings. There are no properties in the Company or Director's personal ownership.

There is an extensive library of property and general images. Social Media accounts include a Facebook account with over 800 followers.
