Une clientèle de bureaux le midi ,fidèle depuis plus de 9 ans et avec un bon pouvoir d'achat.Le restaurant est ouvert uniquement le midi du lundi au vendredi mais compte tenu de son emplacement il y a aussi une clientèle du soir et du week end.
Très belle affaire à saisir rapidement compte tenu de son prix et de son emplacement.
