Trading hours:

Customer opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–10:30 and 16:30–18:00. The cats are cared for throughout the day, with additional late-evening attention and feeding provided when required, particularly for older cats, kittens or those with individual needs.

Employees:

The business is owner-operated, with no permanent employees. Three experienced and trusted individuals are available to provide cover when the owners are away, allowing the cattery to continue operating during holidays.

Support & training:

A comprehensive personal handover and training period will be offered to the new owners. It is extremely important to us that the transition is smooth, both for the purchaser and for our existing clients and their cats.

We are happy to work alongside the new owners on a daily basis during an agreed handover period, providing practical training in every aspect of running the cattery. This will include the day-to-day operation of the business, care routines, individual requirements of regular cats, booking and customer procedures, and introductions to our established client base.

Our aim is for the purchasers to take over Chats de Champagne with confidence, benefiting from the knowledge and experience we have built up since establishing the business in 2019, while providing continuity and reassurance for our loyal clients.
