We've run for 14 years A Room In Paris. It is time for a change. We have 5 rooms, of which several 3 or 4 person rooms. And we have in the same building a studio rented out as a gite. We have excellent reviews, 9 out of 10 on booking (400) reviews and 4,5 on tripadvisor. The occupation rate is great. we guess we're the most succesful b&b in France with our 5 rooms occupied all year around.
We don't own the building, we just sell the business. The building is a Hausmanien buliding, 160 years old. We're located on the 2nd floor. Balcony all over the appartment. Rather a busy street. But 4 of the 5 rooms give out on the court, so really calm. 3 rooms share 2 bathrooms; 2 have a private bath. Owner of the house will cooperate in the sale of the business and is prepared to make a new rental contract. 2 rooms are very spacious, between 24 and 28 M2. Another of 22M2 and one of 18m2 and the smalles room is 14M2. All with original details and features.
3 year contract
€65,000 per annum
We have a large size private bedroom. the living room is only accessible for the guests in the morning for breakfast. Afterwards it is private. The kitchen is private.
We're located in the heart of Paris, at 200 meters from the gare du Nord, where trains from the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany arrive, 500m from gare de L'Est. The RER B from CDG 1st stop in Paris itself is gare du Nord. On foot, guests can visit, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, Opera Garnier, Galleries La Fayette, place de la République. 3 metrolines, 3 RER lines and 14 buslines in front of our home. We have a parking space for guests available.
We're on the 2nd floor of a so called Haussmann building. Beautiful original details and features. People really get the Parisian touch in our home.
We don't offer a table d'hôte. But it could be a good way to enlarge your income.
There are not too many b&b 's in Paris. Only a few with 4 or 5 rooms. But not with family rooms as we have. A big advantage. A b&b in France is different from a hotel. More personal, less privacy.
After 14 years, I' m ready for a new challenge and bought a property in the south of France
We can receive guests between 8AM and 10.30PM, but only on appointment. So it depends on the quantity of work. We're open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We're very much willing to stay on for a few weeks to show our way of working.
