I think that using websites, especially BusinessesForSale.com, is real important. It’s a business for sale, why would you go to a local real estate company that sells residential real estate house? Why would you go to a commercial real estate company in your neighbourhood that sells real estate commercially? Why would you do that? You would go to a business website specifically orientated to businesses for sale.
